Purchasing Specialist

ESPECIALISTA DE COMPRAS Requisitos: Studies: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International Trade or related. Experience: minimum of 5 years in purchasing in the automotive industry, direct and indirect purchases. Knowledge: plastic, rubber, gum processes and suppliers. Tools: ERP management (SAP essential). Language: advanced English (essential). Objective of the position: Purchase of direct materials (raw materials, plastic components, critical parts) and indirect materials for the production process, as well as procurement of goods and services from external providers. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing processes, including negotiations with suppliers, contract management, and inventory control. He/she must be able to analyze data and make informed decisions about purchases. The Purchasing Specialist will work closely with other departments, such as Production Planning, Quality Control, and Logistics, to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
