About the opportunity As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the assigned portfolio, identifying solution alternatives for our clients, and executing strategies that contribute to meeting recovery objectives. We are looking for people with initiative, the ability to generate agreements, and a willingness to work towards objectives, always maintaining close and professional attention. Your main responsibilities Manage and monitor the assigned portfolio. Execute collection and recovery strategies. Negotiate alternatives and payment commitments with clients. Follow up on agreements established with clients. Analyze the portfolio and identify recovery opportunities. Monitor delinquency and recovery indicators. Implement actions that contribute to meeting objectives. Maintain effective communication and adequate customer service. Contribute to the achievement of individual and team results. What we look for in you Completed Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in collections and/or portfolio recovery. Knowledge of personal finance and banking products. Experience in negotiation and customer service. Communication and negotiation skills. Analytical and decision-making skills. Results orientation. Organization and follow-up. Teamwork.
