General Objective of the Position: Design, implement, and supervise talent development strategies and technical training programs, as well as ongoing professional development for company employees, aligning learning objectives with production needs and business goals. This includes developing and implementing training plans, conducting needs assessments, analyzing training effectiveness, and providing coaching and mentoring to employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and the ability to adapt to changing organizational needs. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders. The position requires a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and creativity, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a lifelong learner, passionate about employee development, and committed to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet business objectives; Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness; Provide coaching and mentoring to employees; Develop and implement training plans; Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee development; Utilize technology-based learning tools and platforms. Required Skills: Adult learning theory, instructional design principles, communication and interpersonal skills, project management, time management, adaptability, creativity, problem-solving, analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, leadership, continuous learning, and commitment to excellence. Desired Skills: Experience in training and development, talent development, organizational development, human resources, education, or a related field; Certification in instructional design, adult education, or a related field; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or other productivity software; Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
