Automation Specialist

As your daily routine will be: Evaluate and understand existing productive processes and business, identifying opportunities for automation and improvements aimed at increasing operational efficiency, equipment availability, and productivity; Develop and propose tailored automation solutions for industrial processes, considering requirements for robustness, reliability, scalability, and ease of maintenance; Develop, program, and parameterize software applications to automate industrial processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations; Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, developing a comprehensive plan to implement them; Analyze and monitor the performance of automated systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions; Participate in the development of new projects and initiatives aimed at increasing the company's competitiveness through automation; Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners; Provide technical support and training to users on the use of automated systems; Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to automation, such as productivity, efficiency, and equipment availability.
