We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to work at our UHE Jupiá, located in Três Lagoas/MS.


We are seeking a professional responsible for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of warehouse processes, acting as a technical specialist in the processes of receiving, storing, controlling, and distributing materials, ensuring stock accuracy and meeting the operational needs of the units.


Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor indicators (KPIs) and material management controls, promoting standardization, continuous process improvement, and stock accuracy.
  • Act as a technical reference for internal and outsourced teams, ensuring material availability and operational efficiency of the units.
  • Monitor the execution of outsourced warehouse contracts, ensuring compliance with scope, SLAs, costs, invoicing, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
  • Periodically evaluate supplier performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and operational gains.
  • Monitor stock coverage and operational performance indicators, ensuring the fulfillment of plant demands.
  • Act as a link between the company and service providers, promoting efficient communication and operational alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with norms, procedures, corporate policies, and the area's budgetary management.
  • Contribute to internal customer satisfaction through indicator monitoring and the implementation of improvement actions.
  • Ensure health, safety, environment, and quality, acting in compliance with legal and corporate requirements.


We are looking for a professional who has:

  • Completed degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Desirable experience in warehouse management, material logistics, or supply chain.
  • Desirable knowledge in inventory management, warehousing, inventory counts, and logistics indicators.
  • Advanced English (will be tested)
  • Knowledge in BI will be considered a differential
  • Analytical, proactive, collaborative profile with strong communication skills
  • Must be available for travel
