Fixed Assets Specialist

Job Objective Manage and control the company's fixed assets, ensuring correct accounting registration, depreciation calculation, regulatory compliance, and integrity of financial information associated with assets. Internal job title: Fixed Assets Coordinator. This is a specialized position with no direct reports, responsible for the control and administration of fixed assets, depreciation, physical inventories, and regulatory compliance. Main Responsibilities Manage additions, disposals, and capitalization of fixed assets. Calculate and control monthly depreciation. Prepare depreciation projections for budget and financial planning. Coordinate and execute physical asset inventories. Manage processes related to IFRS 16 and leases. Ensure compliance with accounting and tax policies related to assets. Generate asset reports and associated financial analyses. Required Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3 years of experience in fixed assets, accounting, or finance. Knowledge of depreciation and accounting regulations. Proficiency in SAP Fixed Assets. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Experience in physical inventories and asset controls.
