Corporate Internal Communication Specialist

An international hotel group in expansion is seeking to incorporate a Corporate Internal Communication Specialist into its corporate team, with the objective of strengthening alignment, culture, and employee experience through clear and consistent communication across all operational units. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and evolving the corporate internal communication strategy, ensuring that messages, tools, and campaigns reach all stakeholders in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate communications, with expertise in developing and implementing effective internal communication plans, as well as experience in creating engaging content for various audiences. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in corporate communications. Fluency in Spanish is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
