Job Title Content Licensing Specialist (Catalog) Location Ciudad de México, Santa Fe About the role and team You will be part of the Content Licensing team, closely collaborating with Sales and Legal (Media Rights Management, Royalties, Music, BALA, and Legal), as well as other internal teams. The team is responsible for ensuring a precise and reliable management of content distribution rights, enabling strategic planning, the development of new business opportunities, and the optimization of existing ones. Your main responsibilities will be to: • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including publishers, authors, and agents; • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities; • Negotiate and finalize licensing agreements; • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of catalogues and other marketing materials; • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement content strategies; • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content licensing. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Publishing, Communications, or Business Administration; • Minimum 3 years of experience in the publishing industry, preferably in content licensing or rights management; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
