Accounting Specialist

At Rabbit, we are looking for an Accounting Specialist with experience in medium or large companies, who wants to develop in a dynamic environment and actively participate in generating strategic financial information for business decision-making.

What will be your challenge?

You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and timeliness of accounting and financial information through the supervision of accounting processes, the consolidation and analysis of financial statements, leadership of accounting closings, handling audits, and compliance with current accounting and tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Lead monthly and annual accounting closings.
• Consolidation of financial information.
• Supervise, review, and validate the work of the accounting team.
• Handle internal and external audits.
• Provide technical advice on accounting and tax matters.
• Generate information that facilitates business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

What are we looking for?

• Public Accounting degree.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or in similar positions.
• Experience in medium/large companies or accounting firms.
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting, financial statements, and tax compliance.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• ERP management (NetSuite desirable).
• Analytical ability, results orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and communication skills.
