Description

We are looking for a B2G Commercial Specialist with a natural sales profile, dynamic and focused on extraordinary results. If you have a knack for moving between different areas (multidisciplinary profile), love building long-term relationships, and master the universe of public tenders and notices, your place is here!

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner under a PJ (Legal Entity) model with 100% in-person work at our headquarters, being the focal point of our expansion in the public sector and transforming complex opportunities into successful partnerships.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • In-person and Field Routine: Act daily at our headquarters, balancing strategic internal work with mandatory in-person visits to strengthen bonds and advocate for our solutions with public agencies.
  • Prospecting and Mapping: Identify and monitor business opportunities in the public sector through purchasing portals, public notices, and official gazettes.
  • Public Process Management: Analyze public notices in detail, organize the necessary documentation, and conduct tender processes, dispensations, and non-competitions.
  • Institutional Relationship: Develop and nurture a solid network of contacts with decision-makers and influencers in the governmental ecosystem.

Consultative Sales: Develop and present high visual and technical impact commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with the requirements of the public notices.

  • Multidisciplinary Interface: Communicate in person with the legal, technical, and financial departments to ensure the agility, viability, and compliance of the proposals.

Prerequisites

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential (What you need to have):

  • Full availability for daily work in an in-person regime.
  • Aggressive commercial profile (focus on closing), proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Proven experience in B2G (Business to Government) sales.
  • Complete mastery of tender processes, analysis of public notices, and related legislation.
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and in-person presentation skills for commercial proposals.
  • Mastery of editing tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, or similar) for creating visually attractive and professional presentations and proposals.
  • Availability for frequent travel and field visits as required by projects.
  • Possession of an active company (CNPJ) and issuance of invoices.

Desired Education and Training:

  • Completed Higher Education in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, International Relations, Law, or related commercial/correlate areas.
  • Training, courses, or specializations in the Education area (Educational Management, New Technologies in Education, Active Methodologies, or similar).
  • Previous experience in the educational segment (selling pedagogical solutions, EdTechs, teaching systems, or technology for education secretariats) will be considered a strong differential.

Expected Skills

To perform with excellence in this role, the professional is expected to demonstrate the following set of competencies:

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

  • Applied Public Legislation: Knowledge of the New Tendering Law (Law No. 14.133/21), direct contracting modalities (dispensation and non-competition), and the price registration system (SRP).
  • Operation of Governmental Portals: Practical mastery of public procurement platforms (Compras.gov.br, Licitações-E, among others).
  • Public Sales Pipeline Management: Mastery of CRM tools to track the government sales cycle (which tends to be longer and more bureaucratic).

Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills)

  • Results Orientation: Unwavering focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a proactive stance to unblock processes stalled by bureaucracy.
  • Persuasive Communication and Public Speaking: Excellent verbal and non-verbal expression to conduct meetings, defend proposals in person, and overcome objections elegantly and firmly.
