Commercial Specialist – Reefer Load

Puesto: Commercial Specialist – Reefer Load Objective of the position: Manage and develop the portfolio of clients that require refrigerated maritime transportation solutions, ensuring correct commercialization of reefer services and compliance with technical and operational standards. Responsibilities: Manage commercial opportunities for reefer cargo (perishables, frozen, pharmaceuticals). Develop and maintain a specialized client portfolio in transportation of temperature-controlled goods. Coordinate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Contribute to the development of new business opportunities through networking and market research. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the reefer cargo market, including regulations, standards, and industry developments.
