Junior Business Agility Specialist

This role participates in discovery, design, and implementation sessions of solutions that serve as a technological platform for business processes, resource management processes, risk management, cost management, and agile and traditional product, project, and portfolio management using Atlassian as the base platform and complementing with technologies such as RPA, analytics, etc. Functions This position has the following functions: Discovery and exploration of business needs and requirements; Design and implementation of solutions that meet business needs and requirements; Implementation and testing of solutions; Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction; Analysis and reporting of project metrics and KPIs; Identification and mitigation of risks; Development of process improvements and best practices. Requirements The ideal candidate should have: Bachelor's degree in a related field; 1-2 years of experience in business agility, IT, or a related field; Strong understanding of Atlassian tools and technologies; Knowledge of RPA, analytics, and other relevant technologies; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
