Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Post vacancies on various job boards, professional networks, and referral programs.

• Conduct alignment sessions to understand business needs, required profile, competencies, and hiring conditions.

• Perform direct sourcing (headhunting) when the position requires it.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or recurring positions.

• Screening: review and filter resumes according to job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews.

• Administer and coordinate behavioral, technical, or competency assessments according to the process and vacancy.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Experience: 3 years of experience in recruitment and personnel selection.

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Desirable experience in specialized talent acquisition or niche and management positions.

Knowledge: competency-based interviews, STAR technique, sourcing and headhunting techniques, recruitment metrics, talent and competency assessment, Intermediate English.
