Position Objective

Lead the comprehensive, accounting, fiscal, and operational management of the fixed assets of our manufacturing plants, ensuring strict monitoring of CAPEX, budgetary control, correct lease management, and precise reconciliation between physical and accounting inventories.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain rigorous budgetary control, audit, and follow up on authorized CAPEX expenditures.

Manage additions, disposals, and the registration of operations within Fixed Asset policies.

Execute the calculation and control of depreciation, as well as perform reconciliations of physical vs. accounting and fiscal inventories of all fixed assets.

Profile Requirements:

Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience as directly responsible for the management and control of Fixed Assets and CAPEX.

Technical Knowledge: Mastery of accounting and fiscal depreciation, CAPEX budgetary control, asset auditing, fixed asset policy regulations, and lease management.
