ESG Manager (everyone is welcome)

Your Tasks

• Development and implementation of ESG strategies and initiatives
• Evaluation and implementation of national and international ESG standards
• Concept development for the decarbonization of commercial parks
• Creation of budgets for specific sustainability measures
• Evaluation of the CRREM path in relation to budgeted measures
• Techncial feasibility study for energy-saving measures
• Bid solicitation, procurement and awarding of energy-saving measures
• Preparation of technical feasibility studies for PV, LED, and heating projects
• Support and implementation of photovoltaic projects on commercial parks
• Project planning and implementation of LED projects in collaboration with property managers
• Creation and support of a process for applying for funding
• Independent conduct of procurement & contract negotiations
• Support in the certification of buildings according to common sustainability standards
• Preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Support and review of ESG-DDs within the framework of acquisition processes

Your Profile

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree or training program in the technical real estate sector
• Professional experience (min. 5 years) in building management or execution of technical trades (PV, LED, heating)
• Good knowledge in the field of electrical engineering
• Good skills in creating reports and presentations
• Knowledge of national and international ESG standards
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, high self-initiative
• Well-developed sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and decision-making ability
• You speak German and English as your working languages
• Conditional travel readiness & driver's license
