Nanny in a Shelter with 30%, on Weekends

In the Emergency Reception with 30%, on Weekends. The Pouponnière and the Abri in Lausanne have the goal of setting themselves up for children, particularly for young children and their families, by taking them in at their nine establishments: five day-care centers (CVE), two shelters, the Mother-Child Reception (AEME) and the Unit for Encounter Spaces (UPER). To complement our team at the Abri, we are looking for a(n):Tasks and Responsibilities-Guarantee of protection and well-being of children and young people in the shelter, including ensuring their physical and emotional safety, providing support and guidance to help them cope with difficult situations, and promoting their social and emotional development. The tasks include:• Providing individualized care and attention to each child, taking into account their unique needs and characteristics;• Developing and implementing personalized plans for each child's education and development;• Collaborating with other professionals and services to ensure comprehensive support for children and families;• Participating in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and new developments in the field of early childhood education;• Maintaining accurate records and reports on children's progress, well-being, and any challenges or difficulties they may be facing. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; - 2 years of experience working with young children; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities; - Familiarity with child development theories and practices; - Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
