Erzieher / Pedagogical Specialist (w/m/d) for School Social Work

You would like to accompany children in their personal and school development and stand by them in challenging life situations? Then you will be part of our school social work at the Vineta elementary school in Koserow. With your professional competence, your empathy and your presence, you create trust, promote social skills and contribute to a positive school climate. Together with teachers, parents and network partners, you shape a place where children can grow up safely, develop their potential and become confident individuals. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing individualized support plans for students; • Providing emotional support and crisis intervention when needed; • Collaborating with teachers to identify and address student needs; • Organizing and leading group activities and workshops; • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations; • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of school social work projects.
