In the CJD Kindertagesstätte Elze, you will accompany children as they discover their world with curiosity, joy, and self-confidence. In a respectful and diverse environment, you will foster each child individually and support them in developing their own skills and gathering experiences independently. You will accompany children in their social, emotional, and personal development, design creative educational offers, and create reliable structures that provide orientation and security for the children. You will also establish trusting relationships with parents and other caregivers, ensuring a smooth transition between home and kindergarten. Your tasks will include planning and implementing daily activities, preparing meals and snacks, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will work closely with the kindergarten team to ensure a seamless integration of new children into the group.
