Designing a loving, safe, and attachment-oriented group routine
Planning creative educational offers and holistic support
Closely working together with parents & team
Observation, documentation, and reflection of developmental processes

You bring: Completed training as a state-recognized educator (m/w/d) or social pedagogue/social worker (m/w/d) or pedagogical specialist (m/w/d)
Empathy, sense of responsibility, and joy in working with children 
Team spirit and active participation
Class B driver's license (desirable, not mandatory)
Openness to different institutions & enthusiasm for professional and personal development
