In our Montessori daycare center, which we operate for the city of Langenhagen, your future colleagues are looking forward to you. Following the Montessori pedagogy, the team cares for up to 45 children in the daycare center and 30 children in the nursery, aged twelve months to school entry.

• You have completed training as a state-recognized educator (Erzieher/Erzieherin), state-recognized social pedagogue (Sozialpädagoge), or with equivalent recognition as a pedagogical specialist.

• Ideally, you already possess a Montessori diploma.

• As an educator, you will accompany and support children on their path to becoming confident and responsible individuals.

• You will actively participate in parent events, as well as in parent, development, and conflict discussions.
