Experienced Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

• You coordinate total projects from A to Z: from preparation, budget and planning to execution and handover.
• You independently lead complex renovations, often interiors, facades, roofs, and industrial sites.
• You select and manage subcontractors, and collaborate with a permanent team of workers and specialized partners.
• Quality and safety standards are your top priority.
• Maintaining contact with clients and suppliers are part of your daily tasks.
• You monitor deadlines and ensure that projects are completed on time, correctly, and within budget.
• Weekly meetings in the centrally located office, and hybrid working is possible (from home/office, depending on personal preference).
• Projects vary in location: from Bruges to Antwerp, Mechelen, Leuven, and even Wallonia.
• You report smoothly and clearly to management and colleagues.

• At least 3 years of experience in large-scale industrial renovation or B2B total projects.
• Strong affinity with site preparation, specifications, and developing schedules.
• Knowledge of electricity and technical renovation is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and leadership potential: you make your mark on teamwork and operations.
• You are hands-on, can independently manage projects, and know how to get things done.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and comparing prices.
• Dutch-speaking, with the ability to communicate professionally in French.
• Capable of independently assessing and managing a complex workload.
• A construction-related education is a plus, but relevant experience takes precedence.
