• You ensure a special shopping experience and highly satisfied customers
• As the direct deputy of the store manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the efficient management of work processes and lead the team with partial responsibility
• In doing so, you and your team take on all tasks in the sales area and warehouse
• You check incoming goods, verify quality and best-before dates, and ensure an attractive presentation on the sales floor
• Furthermore, you ensure product availability, regularly restock fruit, vegetables, and baked goods, and pay attention to their freshness
• You handle checkout duties and actively support with warehouse and cleaning work

• Ideally, you have completed training in retail and have experience in managing work processes and leading a team
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with customers
• Motivation, commitment, and willingness to pitch in

• Good German language skills (at least B1 level) to ensure smooth communication with customers
