• You ensure a special shopping experience and highly satisfied customers
• As the direct deputy to the Store Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the efficient management of workflows and lead the team with partial responsibility
• In doing so, you also take on all tasks that arise in the sales area and in the warehouse
• For example, you check incoming goods, arrange them on the sales floor, and check their best-before dates
• You restock fruits, vegetables, and baked goods and check their freshness
• You handle checkout activities and assist with warehouse and cleaning tasks

• Completed vocational training in retail, preferably with professional experience in this or another field
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with customers
• Enthusiasm for working diligently and conscientiously
• Flexibility and team spirit as well as organizational talent and leadership experience
• Good German language skills (at least language level B1) are required for the sales role to ensure smooth communication with customers.
