What you can achieve with us

• Sales Advisor: You will provide expert advice to internal and external customers and sell original accessories and additional items.
• Order Professional: You will be responsible for receiving and processing verbal, telephone, and digital orders.
• Structure Talent: You will manage the accessory inventory at the location and process backorders and special orders.
• Safety in focus: As a Safety Officer (SIBE), you will support the location in implementing occupational safety and health regulations and raise awareness among your colleagues for a safe working environment.
• Contact Person: You will answer price and parts inquiries and handle complaints.
• Team Player: You will be in close contact with the service team, especially regarding feedback on order discrepancies.

What you bring with you

• Professional Qualification and Commercial Expertise: You have completed vocational training in retail (e.g., Retail Specialist for Automotive Parts Logistics EFZ) or an automotive technical training (e.g., Automotive Technician EFZ or similar) and have additionally completed further commercial education.
• Service Professional: You are outgoing, enjoy interacting with people, and impress with your consulting skills and persuasive ability on the phone and in person.
• IT Expert: With your IT affinity, you navigate our systems with confidence, enter data carefully, and quickly find your way around new applications.
• Mindset Master: You are resilient, handle pressure positively, and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer orientation, expertise, and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make the perfect blend.
• Driving Professional: Valid driver's license category B.
