Tasks

• BUILD, customize, and further develop ERPNext
• ANALYZE, optimize, and maintain database structures
• WRITE Python scripts that are actually needed
• INTEGRATE local AI tools and use them sensibly
• DEVELOP interfaces – clean, stable, well-thought-out
• PERSPECTIVELY: bring our ERP knowledge into customer projects

Qualification

• FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE OF ERPNext / Frappe Framework
• SAFE HANDLING OF DATABASES (MariaDB / PostgreSQL)
• PYTHON KNOWLEDGE – you know when to code and when not to
• INTEREST IN OPEN SOURCE AND LOCAL AI SOLUTIONS
• INDEPENDENT WORK STYLE – you ask if you don't know further, but you usually get further
• DESIRE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
