ERP Systems Administrator

We are looking for an experienced ERP Systems & Integrations Lead to take ownership of our enterprise application landscape across multiple African markets. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and scalability of our ERP ecosystem, supporting critical retail, eCommerce, logistics, and finance operations. You will serve as the technical custodian of our ERP platforms, integrations, and supporting infrastructure, providing advanced Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to ensure seamless integration with other systems, applications, and services. This includes monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to optimize system efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for ERP platform upgrades, integrations, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all ERP-related activities, including configuration changes, software updates, and troubleshooting efforts.
