ERP System Analyst

About Us The Enterprise Applications Department implements strategic projects related to the implementation, development, and maintenance of ERP systems supporting the organization's key business processes. Due to the further development of the business applications area, we are looking for an ERP System Analyst to support initiatives related to the development, optimization, and maintenance of the SAFO jERP system. ERP System Analyst Responsibilities: Conducting workshops and business interviews to identify and define business and system requirements. Analyzing internal and external documentation and translating business requirements into system solutions. Defining, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements. Modeling business processes and identifying areas requiring optimization. Developing analytical specifications for ERP system development. Defining data processing algorithms and reporting and analytical requirements. Collaborating with software vendors, developers, and testers to ensure delivered solutions comply with business requirements. Verifying delivered solutions for compliance with design assumptions and user requirements. Supporting business users during UAT tests. Participating in the development and maintenance of the SAFO jERP system, with a particular focus on warehouse and logistics processes. Participating in implementation projects and initiatives to improve business processes. Our Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business-System Analyst. Practical knowledge of requirements elicitation, analysis, and management methods. Knowledge of software engineering and requirements modeling. Familiarity with BPMN and UML notations. Experience in implementing, developing, or maintaining ERP systems. Good knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes. Ability for analytical thinking and independent problem-solving. Very good communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of English enabling work with documentation and vendors. Independence in performing assigned tasks and the ability to effectively collaborate in a team. Readiness for occasional business trips. Nice to have: Experience working with the SAFO jERP system. Knowledge of warehouse management, distribution, and logistics processes. IREB certification or other certifications in business and system analysis.
