Tasks

• You will support and advise customers on software-related questions.
• You will record and process error reports and requests in the ticket system.
• You will administer the ERP software Microsoft Dynamics, including related solutions.
• You will work closely with colleagues from software development and IT consulting.
• You will train customers on using the ERP system.

Qualification

• You have a technical-business education or experience in a comparable position.
• You bring experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• You work independently and are characterized by high customer orientation.
• You have a strong service orientation and enjoy exchanging with customers.
• You like working with friendly colleagues, colleagues, and customers.
• You master the German language securely in writing and speech.
