The challenge
BESIX Schelle is on the verge of a strategic migration from Navision to Business Central. Within our application team, various projects are running, with ERP being an important pillar. To structurally strengthen our internal knowledge, we are looking for a colleague with a strong affinity for ERP support and application management.
Your role
As ERP Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for internal users regarding ERP-related questions. You will be responsible for daily support, analyzing incidents, and ensuring the stable operation of our ERP environment.
Your tasks:
- Benchmarking of first- and second-line support queries via tickets (functional and technical)
- Daily management of Navision (and later Business Central)
- Supporting tests and validations for changes
- Escalating complex problems as needed, and following up on structural issues
- Documenting processes, procedures, and user guides
You will work closely with colleagues from the application team: business analysts, developers, project managers.
