ERP Support Specialist (Navision / Business Central)

Job Vacancy Description The challenge BESIX Schelle is standing at the threshold of a strategic migration from Navision to Business Central. Within our application team, various projects are running, with ERP being an important pillar. To structurally strengthen our internal knowledge, we are looking for a colleague with a strong affinity for ERP support and application management. Your role As ERP Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for internal users regarding ERP-related questions. You will provide expert guidance on the use of Navision and Business Central, ensuring that users can effectively utilize these systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting issues, as well as providing training and support to end-users. Your tasks will include: • Providing expert guidance on the use of Navision and Business Central; • Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to ERP; • Providing training and support to end-users; • Collaborating with the application team to ensure a smooth transition to Business Central; • Documenting knowledge and best practices for future reference. We are looking for someone who is passionate about ERP and has experience in supporting users, as well as being able to work independently and as part of a team.
