ERP Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking together with our partner, one of the leading service providers in the crafts and services sector, for you as ERP Specialist (m/w/d) for the location Frankfurt am Main (hybrid) as part of the implementation of a central ERP system.

As part of an international group, our partner combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. For the ERP implementation, a team will be put together that has different focal points - technically or more coordinatorially - so that applications are also welcome if not all requirements are fully met.

Tasks

• You take over functional and technical support for ERP systems, including Level-2/3 support and problem-solving
• You plan and lead ERP rollout projects across multiple regions and business areas
• You configure ERP modules according to business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analyses
• You accompany data migrations, validations, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• You create functional specifications, SOPs, and user manuals and conduct training for end users
• You coordinate with internal teams, external service providers, and business process owners and communicate project status and risks
• You ensure that ERP systems run stably, are highly available, and meet all standards

Qualification

• Fundamental experience in dealing with ERP systems, preferably IFS Cloud, e.g., in the areas of finance, supply chain, FSM, sales/marketing, and human capital management
• Expertise in ERP rollouts, configuration, support, and data migration
• Technical basic knowledge (SQL, report tools, customizing/development)
• Experience in working with departments and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• German language skills at least C1 level and ideally English language skills at B2 level
