ERP Specialist - Multinational Electromechanical Company

LHH For an important multinational electromechanical company with headquarters between Vicenza and Verona, we are looking for 1 ERP specialist to strengthen the IT department on various ERP implementation projects and interconnected applications. Responsibilities The motivated and innovation-oriented resource will respond to the IT manager and be responsible for the efficiency, security, and evolution of corporate systems. The role requires a focus on the correct functioning of ERP (SAP Business One) and integrated applications, supporting productive and management processes with digital solutions and continuous improvement. It will collaborate with internal departments, primarily Operations & Supply Chain, to collect requirements, propose solutions, and ensure the effectiveness of ERP functions in line with company objectives. In detail it will be responsible for: - Analyzing corporate processes and translating them into functional requirements for the ERP system (for example, monitoring/analysis of data flows for active and passive cycles, automation of production processes and advancement of phases, management of warehouse movement based on order levels, configuration of production flows and development of user interfaces ? MES-) - Collaborating with internal users and suppliers to develop and implement new functionalities - Management and maintenance of integrated corporate applications (Power BI, Quality Management, MES) - Support and training for internal users - Writing and updating technical documentation - Working with internal and external specialists in resolving functional and technical issues - Creating and modifying prints, reports, and queries in SAP Business One, as well as writing reports and analyses for management through integrated BI tools. Profile Requirements Technical (Hard Skills) - Technical diploma or degree in Computer Science/Industrial Engineering or related fields - At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles for manufacturing companies structured and preferably oriented towards production - In-depth knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP Business One) - Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI or equivalents) - Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (preferably Crystal Reports) - Familiarity with MES systems and metalworking processes - Good knowledge of technical English.
