ERP Software Sales Representative

In partnership with WM Sistemas de Gestão, Also Hire is selecting a ERP Software Sales Representative to work in Frutal/MG. This is an opportunity for sales professionals with a consultative profile, with an extremely attractive commission structure.

About the Job: The Sales Representative will be responsible for the entire sales cycle of the company's management system (ERP). The professional will act in a consultative manner, prospecting clients, diagnosing their needs, conducting software demonstrations and negotiating until closing. The focus is on presenting solutions that optimize the management of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads (MEIs, businesses, service providers).
• Diagnose client needs to understand their pain points and processes.
• Schedule and conduct personalized software demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close contracts, handling objections.
• Maintain the relationship with the customer after the sale and register all activities in CRM.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Driver's License (CNH) categories A and B.
• Experience in consultative sales, preferably B2B.
• Basic knowledge of business processes (financial, fiscal, inventory).

Differential:

• Superior degree (in progress or completed) in Administration, Systems Information, or related fields.
• Courses in sales (SPIN Selling, CRM, sales funnel).

Competencies:

• Consultative and analytical profile.
• Focus on results and ability to work with goals.
• Empathy and didacticism to translate technical terms for clients.
• Organization to manage the sales funnel.

Additional Information:

• Work Location: Rua Bias Fortes 240 - Frutal, MG.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, during commercial hours.
• Employment Regime: CLT.
• Remuneration: Fixed salary of R$ 2,000.00 per month + Commission of 50% on the sale of system licenses.
