ERP-Software Helpdesk Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

We are looking for an engaged ERP Support Specialist (m/w/d), who has fundamental technical knowledge and supports our company in providing excellent support to our customers. We also invite lateral entrants, such as IT managers from small and medium-sized enterprises or industry, to apply! With our cloud-ERP software from Myfactory, we offer our customers a user-friendly and flexible solution that is perfectly tailored to the needs of KMUs. For over 20 years, we have successfully accompanied companies through their ERP projects – and have implemented over 150 projects.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks:

• Erstklassiger Support: You are the first point of contact for our customers with technical and factual questions about the ERP system.
• Proaktive Fehleranalyse: You identify and correct technical problems and make a significant contribution to optimizing system processes.
• SQL-Kenntnisse nutzen: You conduct SQL queries to analyze data and identify errors.
• Kundenschulungen: You support our customers in using the ERP system and provide valuable tips for system optimization.
• Teamarbeit: You work closely with our development teams to ensure that the ERP system always meets the needs of our customers.

Qualifikation

Your Profile:

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift – clear communication is a matter of course for you.
• Erfahrung im ERP-Support or fundamental knowledge working with ERP systems. Lateral entrants with experience in IT management, particularly in KMUs or industry, are also welcome!
• SQL-Kenntnisse are an important tool for you to solve problems and analyze data.
• You have a good understanding of the challenges faced by KMU and know how important a well-functioning ERP system is for business success.
• You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented working style and keep an overview even with complex tasks.
• You are a team-oriented person who values exchange and cooperation with other departments.
