ERP RTR Analyst

The ERP RTR Analyst will be part of the Business Enterprise projects team which supports the implementation of new business processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. This role is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, as well as other related technologies. Key responsibilities include: • Analyzing and optimizing ERP system performance to ensure optimal use of resources and minimize downtime. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and implement process improvements. • Developing and maintaining documentation for ERP system configurations and processes. • Providing training and support to end-users on the effective use of ERP systems. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ERP and related areas.
