ERP-Projektleiter Business Central (m/w/d) - Freelance

You want to be responsible for introducing ERP from scratch – in an environment where your knowledge really counts? At ARGUS Interception, you lead as external project leader the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The special thing: so far, no one at our company has experience with the system – you are the central expert and shape everything from the start.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Project leadership – you are responsible for introducing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a technical lead
• Steering the service provider – you coordinate the external implementation partner and keep quality, deadlines, and budget under control
• Process analysis & optimization – you analyze business processes, optimize them, and smoothly transfer them into the system
• Consulting departments – you support departments consultatively and bring best practices in („how do others do it?“)
• Data takeover – you are responsible for migrating data from existing systems
• Change management – you accompany the organization through the introduction and ensure acceptance
• Central knowledge hub – at ARGUS, there is currently no BC/NAV experience; you are the technical point of contact

Qualification

Your profile

• BC/NAV experience – several years' experience in introducing, developing, and operating MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central (from NAV to BC SaaS)
• Senior profile – as project leader and/or senior consultant (Finance and/or Operations)
• Process competence – strong in process analysis, optimization, and digitalization of business processes
• Migration & Change – experience in data takeover and change management
• Industry relevance – experience with manufacturing companies, project service providers, or system houses is advantageous
• No development – we are not looking for a Business Central developer, but a consulting project leader
• Language & on-site – German conversationally secure; willingness to occasional on-site meetings in Rotenburg
