ERP Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced and practical personality as ERP Application Owner who will take responsibility for a business-critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape (FSCM & Business Central) in an international industrial environment. This role is ideally suited for someone who combines profound ERP expertise with project management, application responsibility, and stakeholder management.

In this position, you will be responsible for the stable operation, further development, and continuous optimization of the ERP system landscape and will act as the central point of contact for global business and IT stakeholders. The role is strongly operational and combines support, project work, and system responsibility.

Location: Bern (3 days on-site per week)

Workload: 100%

Language: Very good German and English skills required

Your Tasks:

• Taking end-to-end responsibility for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM & Business Central landscape

• Ensuring the operation, maintenance, support, and documentation of the ERP systems

• Central technical and functional point of contact for global Dynamics 365 topics

• Planning, coordinating, and executing ERP rollouts and development projects

• Ensuring 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for ERP applications

• Consulting and supporting end-users in their daily business

• Leading and coordinating ERP IT projects and sub-projects

• Managing external IT partners, suppliers, and implementation teams

• Further developing ERP processes and optimizing the system landscape

• Building, coaching, and developing ERP Application Specialists

• Promoting knowledge exchange, documentation, and best practices

• Supporting resource and capacity planning in the ERP environment

Your Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in ERP Application Management or ERP Consulting

• Very good practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM and/or Business Central

• Experience in implementing ERP projects in international environments

• Good understanding of business processes, ideally in the industrial or manufacturing sector

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

• Experience in application support (incident management, troubleshooting, user support)

• Initial leadership experience or team coordination advantageous

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable
