What awaits you with us:

• You are responsible for our ERP system plentyOne and ensure that our goods, logistics and system processes function efficiently, stably and scalably
• You control and optimize our ERP-supported processes in day-to-day operations
• You are responsible for the control and monitoring of import and export processes as well as interfaces and data flows in the system
• You analyze and optimize processes in warehousing, merchandise management, ordering and operations
• You ensure a clean structure and quality of our item master data
• You optimize picking, packing and shipping processes in the system and work closely with logistics and operations
• You accompany and control inventories in the ERP system
• You analyze errors, troubleshoot and derive sustainable process improvements
• You define requirements for system adjustments and coordinate these with internal teams and external service providers
• You develop scalable structures and automations to efficiently map further growth

What we expect from you:

• Several years of experience working with ERP systems, ideally with a focus on plentyOne
• In-depth knowledge of plentyOne (mandatory)
• Experience in dealing with import and export logic, workflows and automations
• Understanding of warehouse logistics, goods flows and inventory management
• Experience in the analysis and optimization of processes
• Very good Excel skills
• An analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Initiative, teamwork and a high affinity for system-supported process optimization
