ERP Manager Microsoft Dynamics

We are currently seeking an ERP Manager Microsoft Dynamics with the mission to lead the strategy, implementation, evolution, and support of the corporate ERP based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring its alignment with the Group's strategic and operational objectives. They will be responsible for coordinating digital transformation projects associated with the ERP, managing the relationship between business areas and technical teams, ensuring the adoption of solutions by users, and promoting continuous improvement of processes. Likewise, they will ensure the quality, stability, and scalability of the platform, ensuring that the implemented solutions provide efficiency, control, and added value to the organization.

Main Functions

• Product Roadmap Development: Align development efforts with strategic business plans.

• Business Analysis: Work with business analysts to ensure that objectives are reflected in features and user stories.

• Manage and lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Supervise and coordinate project team members

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan

• Resolve problems and obstacles during the project lifecycle

• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of solutions

• Coordinate training and support for end-users

• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders

• Provide progress reports and presentations to management

• Validate, document, train, and support the implementation of tool improvements.

Position Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, in projects with Microsoft Dynamics FO solutions.

• Languages: English required (C1) and French is a plus.

Required Education/Training:

• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics FO: Experience using Microsoft Dynamics FO in finance and project management areas. Experience working in integrated environments with Dynamics Customer Engagement applications (CRM, FS, CS) or PowerApps will be valued.

• Data Management and Analysis: Ability to manage large volumes of information, debug, transform, and migrate data in Microsoft platforms (Dynamics, Power Platform, M365).

• Knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform: Experience with tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to optimize processes and improve data accessibility.

• Business Process Management: Ability to validate, document, and optimize operational processes within the tool.
