Your tasks…

· Participation or prospective project leadership in the selection and implementation of a new ERP system (likely SAP) with a focus on SCM, logistics, procurement, and sales

· Support and further development of our existing ERP system Business Express (BE) from Dontenwill

· Analysis, documentation, and optimization of business processes in the areas of supply chain management, inventory management, invoicing, and master data management

· Support and coordination of EDI communication with customers, suppliers, and partners

· Close cooperation with departmental teams to translate requirements into functional concepts

· Planning and leadership of projects around system adaptations, updates, and expansions

· Point of contact (m/w/d) for internal teams, conducting training sessions, and actively accompanying change processes

What do you bring?

· Completed degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science or comparable qualification

· Several years of experience in the ERP field, ideally in the retail sector

· Experience with ERP transformations (system changes, rollouts, migrations)

· Good knowledge of common ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Business Central, Business Express and/or Infor

· Fundamentally understanding business processes in logistics, warehousing, procurement or sales

· Structured and analytical working style, including experience in project management

· Secure handling of Microsoft 365, Monday or comparable tools

· Enjoyment of change and working in a dynamic environment

· Very good German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking
