ERP - Lead

Job Title: ERP Manager / ERP Lead – Farvision Location: Fort, Mumbai (will move to Thane after ~6 months) Experience: 5 years Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure ERP: Farvision and Strategic (mandatory) Role Overview We are hiring a strategic ERP professional with strong Farvision and Strategic ERP experience to lead and strengthen ERP implementation, optimisation, and adoption across the organisation. This role requires a software engineering background, a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within budget completion. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT teams, business leaders, and end-users. • Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure and processes. • Provide training and support to end-users on ERP system usage and best practices. • Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP trends, technologies, and innovations, and apply this knowledge to improve ERP implementation and optimisation. • Work closely with the IT team to ensure ERP system performance, security, and compliance with organisational policies and standards. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive ERP roadmap, outlining short-term and long-term goals, strategies, and initiatives. • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business value. • Ensure ERP implementation aligns with the organisation's overall strategy and objectives. • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders on ERP implementation status, milestones achieved, and lessons learned. • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with ERP implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of ERP best practices, guidelines, and standards. • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement a comprehensive ERP testing strategy, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. • Ensure ERP system documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that all stakeholders have access to relevant information. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive ERP training program for end-users, including instructor-led training, online tutorials, and job aids. • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement a comprehensive ERP support strategy, including incident management, problem management, and change management. • Ensure ERP system performance, security, and compliance with organisational policies and standards are continuously monitored and improved. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive ERP metrics dashboard, providing real-time insights into key performance indicators, such as adoption rates, user satisfaction, and return on investment. • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement a comprehensive ERP maintenance strategy, including software updates, patch management, and backup and recovery processes. • Ensure ERP system documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that all stakeholders have access to relevant information. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, optimisation, and adoption. • Strong understanding of Farvision and Strategic ERP systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with IT teams and stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. • Knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and innovations related to ERP systems. • Certification in ERP implementation, optimisation, and adoption (desirable).
