ERP / IT Coordinator (m/w/d) Full-time

Tasks

• Support in the administration and further development of our inventory management and warehouse management system (SOG ERP / SOG WMS)
• Administration and maintenance of Windows Server and client infrastructure
• Administration of M365 and Exchange (online and possibly on-premises)
• First- and second-level support for our users
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes in the ERP field
• Training new employees in the area of inventory management
• Participation in strategic IT projects, particularly:
• Bonding a CRM system to our ERP
• Updating our phone system (3CX)

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in IT support
• Very good experience with ERP or inventory management systems
• Fundamental knowledge of M365 and Exchange Online
• Experience in Windows Server- and client-environments
• Structured, solution-oriented working style
• Communication strength and joy in knowledge transfer
