ERP-Developer NAV/Business Central (m/w/d) sought - Greater Stuttgart Area

An international company in the field of hygiene and household products with headquarters in Stuttgart is looking for an experienced IT consultant/developer. The internal IT department with around 10 employees plays a key role in the digital transformation of the company. Currently, a strategic large-scale project is underway to migrate from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. To ensure long-term support, further development, and optimization of the ERP system, we are looking for an experienced IT consultant/developer.

To ensure long-term support, further development, and optimization of the ERP system, we are looking for an experienced IT consultant/developer.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and continuous further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Taking over the 2nd- and 3rd-level support as well as being a direct point of contact for key users
• Planning, controlling, and implementing release management
• Coordinating and controlling internal and external developers
• Active support and professional guidance during the migration from NAV to Business Central
• Conceptualizing, implementing, and documenting technical and professional solutions
• Planning and conducting training sessions for users
• Maintaining administrative and system-related tasks within Business Central

Qualifikation

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable IT education
• Several years of experience in implementing, maintaining, or further developing ERP systems in the Microsoft environment
• Very good knowledge of AL, ideally with additional experience with C/AL
• Experience working with DevOps servers
• Good understanding of business processes and data flows
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Excellent communication skills, team player, and engagement
• Sprachkenntnisse: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills for exchange in international contexts.
