Consultation & Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

You are enthusiastic about consultation, innovative technologies, and the digitalization of business processes? Then you can expect exciting projects around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, in which you will accompany customers in shaping and optimizing their ERP landscape.

Tasks

You will accompany customers across industries in modernizing their ERP landscape and support them on the path to the cloud – for example, by migrating from on-premises systems or older Microsoft-ERP solutions to Dynamics 365 Finance.

In doing so, you will develop future-proof integration and architecture solutions together with your team, connecting Dynamics 365 Finance seamlessly with CRM-, Data-&-Analytics- as well as other third-party systems.

You will also take responsibility in exciting transformation projects – from the technical guidance and project leadership in the finance area to coordinating relevant stakeholders and supporting test and cutover management.

Qualification

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

You have at least five years of experience in the ERP field – ideally as a consultant, in-house consultant or key user – and have several years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Knowledge of Dynamics AX or other ERP systems is an advantage.

ERP Expertise
Fundamentally knowledgeable about at least one central D365-F&O area (e.g., finance, SCM, production, warehouse logistics or controlling) and experienced in conceiving, implementing, and further developing corresponding solutions.

Process & Method Competence
Good understanding of business relationships and end-to-end processes. Experience with ERP implementations and common methods from fit-gap analysis to testing and hypercare. Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.

Communication & Collaboration
Sovereign handling of departments, IT teams, and management. Secure moderation of workshops, presentations, and coordination meetings as well as pleasure in knowledge exchange within the team.
