ERP-Customer Support / ERP-Consultant (m/w/d)

Our Business Solutions Team around the ERP solution Sage100 plans, installs and optimizes warehousing systems and financial accounting solutions from Sage in-house as well as for our customers. Additionally, they manage a own-developed add-on for Sage100, which enables professional ticket and contract management. The experts in the team have various core competencies and certifications, work closely together and support each other to always find the optimal solution for the customer.

Aufgaben

• Telephone and written support of end customers and business partners around the ERP solution Sage100 as well as our WebApp.
• Monitoring and continuous optimization of existing Sage100 business processes, analysis and processing of service requests and incidents.
• Cash handling of the service process.
• Risk analysis and escalation to consultants and/or project managers or external support.
• Realization of customizations as well as conducting training and support for users.

Qualifikation

• Ideal candidate with a completed education or degree in a relevant field (economics, business administration, industry, etc.).
• Professional experience in ERP user support, preferably in the Sage environment, as well as corresponding expertise in maintaining and optimizing ERP software.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual thinking, structured approach, and good presentation skills, communication and team skills.
• High customer and service orientation, pleasure in dealing with business partners, and a friendly and sovereign demeanor.
