Tasks

• Further development and operational management of global management and sales reporting, including customer-, product- and segment evaluations
• Tight cooperation with sales and product management as business partners through the creation of ad-hoc and scenario analyses
• Analysis of profitability and derivation of measures to optimize working capital
• Planning, creation, and control of forecasts, budgets, and deviation analyses including concrete action recommendations
• Definition, further development, and monitoring of central KPIs in coordination with international stakeholders
• Guaranteeing consistent data quality and further development of reporting processes from ERP-, CRM- and BI-systems

Qualification

• Multiple years of controlling experience of at least 3-5 years, ideally in internationally active production companies
• Strong analytical skills, proactive approach, and result focus
• Safe handling of Excel, BI solutions (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central)
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Team player with high self-initiative, communication strength, and flexibility in international projects
