At the center: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – connected with inventory management, product information management, Shopware, and marketplaces like Amazon and eBay.

• Analyze, simplify, and represent our business processes in ERP – with the right instinct for when the standard is sufficient and when individual solutions are needed
• Take on requirements from the departments, structure, and translate them into executable concepts
• Independent control of ERP projects – from the idea to go-live (at our company, speed counts more than endless project phases)
• Further development and integration of Business Central into our system landscape (inventory, product information management, Shopware, marketplaces, shipping)
• Documentation of processes and decisions, as well as conducting training sessions as needed
• Point of contact for colleagues on ERP topics in daily business (approximately 10%)

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (consulting or in-house)
• Fundamental understanding of Business Central (ideally on-premise, preferably with current versions)
• Knowledge of business processes around finance, procurement, and logistics
• Ability to formulate requirements in a way that developers can work directly with them
• Structured, self-responsible working style and willingness to take responsibility
• Very good German and good English skills
