• Technical skills such as SQL

• Collaborate constantly with the Project Manager in order to achieve the project’s objectives;
• Keep in touch with our customers to gather their requirements in the analysis stage;
• Advise customers with relevant practices related to their business;
• Implement and set up SOFTONE ERP application;
• Prepare relevant project documentations related to implementation, such as blueprints, appendixes.
• Train end users for using specific modules of SOFTONE ERP;
• Provide Go Live assistance for customers;
• Share your knowledge with the support department;
• Closely collaborate with our developers’ and support team.
