ERP-Consultant (m/w/d)

We advise German medium-sized enterprises (20–150 employees) at a technical level that is only known from the high-end sector. Your mission at ALYF: understand complex processes, question them radically honestly, and represent them perfectly in ERPNext. We scale not by the number of heads but by the depth of our expertise.

Aufgaben

As a Consultant, you accompany our clients from the first idea to successful implementation. You understand their business processes and translate them into meaningful, practical ERPNext solutions. You plan projects, conduct workshops, and coordinate implementation – always with the goal of creating functioning workflows. Most requirements are implemented by yourself. If complex adjustments are needed, you work closely with our development team. At the end, you ensure that our clients really understand their system and can use it productively.

Qualifikation

• Analytical thinking

You recognize patterns, understand connections, and find pragmatic solutions – even for complex workflows.

• Very good German & English

You communicate securely in German (at least C1) in customer contact and use English naturally in documentation, technology, and code.

• Self-organization

You plan your work independently, set priorities, and make decisions with responsibility and foresight.

• Learner's willingness & technical interest

You have a desire to learn – especially basic programming or scripting knowledge in ERPNext/Frappe.

• Teamwork & openness

You work well with others, share knowledge, and take feedback constructively.

• Understanding of business processes

You think in terms of processes and understand how sales, procurement, and accounting interlock.
