Job description
As Business Consultant Logistics, you will work closely with clients to analyze and improve their logistics processes through ERP solutions, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365/NAV. You will guide implementations and optimizations, perform analyses, train end-users, and ensure seamless integration of ERP systems. Additionally, you will play a key role in presales activities and build lasting client relationships. Most important responsibilities:
- Leading or supporting ERP implementations and optimizations.
- Analyzing logistics workflows and designing optimized processes with ERP functionalities.
- Configuring, testing, and validating ERP solutions for logistics modules (WMS, TMS, Forwarding).
- Translating client needs into solutions and proposing creative alternatives.
- Caring for trainings for end-users and offering support after implementation.
- Contributing to knowledge development within the team and embracing new technologies.
- At least 3 years of experience as an ERP consultant or key-user within Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Knowledge of logistics processes and integration with other ERP modules.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to link digital technology to business processes.
- A flexible, goal-oriented, and solution-focused work attitude.
- An international mindset and excellent command of Dutch, French, and English.
- Readiness to travel abroad for short periods.
- Enthusiasm to contribute to the growth of Navitrans together with a passionate team.
- A full-time position with a fixed contract.
